Why Does The Fed try to Side Step a Recession instead of newly getting it over beside??
I heard alot of gossip about not letting the Tech bubble surrounded by 2001 Fully Burst and now Real Estate Bubble is within the same boat.Why is the Fed side stepping the problem and consent to it go and fully burst??
Answers: I agree beside the first answer. The other reason is that they can over correct. Trying to drain the effect of recession and they escalate inflation. Sometimes the correction also can decrease confidence and increase the pressure of a recession. It is a fine flash that they face and here is no perfect answer until it is too deferred.
The Fed cannot control what people do. It can try to assess the state of the cutback, and if it appears that money is too tight, it may lower interest rates, or if the economy is overheating, it raise interest rates. But making those assessments and predicting what will happen within the future is markedly difficult. the Fed does not have the power to correct every monetary dislocation.
