let's say your a commissioner.that would come out to 45 hours a week..do they usually have to still work outside of these hours? if so do they capture PAID for overtime? I am thinking SALARY is scam in corporate!! for they work outside of the 8-5 working hours on a regular principle?Answers: I think it sux...if you surrounded by a salary you dont take paid overtime. So your boss use that opportunity and clear u stay back, I don`t know by askign u nicely to do somethign newly before 5. and sometime within your job u hav to come impulsive before 8 to I don`t know ring a company or a meeting. I enjoy to attend meetings outside my working hrs but i dotn achieve paid extra.
