Answers: For Microsoft, this is a corporate strategy. Maybe
Microsoft wants to project into the market that G00GLE
is into.

Only time will explain to if Microsoft can beat G00GLE.

It really depends on Yahoo stockholders if they want
to put on the market Yahoo to Microsoft.

Have a nice day !
They said on the word it was so they can whip G00GLE at being the number 1 advertiser.

I dont ponder Yahoo should be sold to Microsoft because Yahoo is great the way it is :)
MS is planning to buy Yahoo at USD 50 billions and not millions.

This is self done to beat G00GLE within online advertisement revenue.

Yahoo & Microsoft enjoy no other option than joining hand to beat G00GLE within revenue.
Yes.they plan to beat G00GLE..
And yes they can do it if they want
For the moniker..all the rugged work...all the accepted wisdom that have be input into Yahoo. That's how things work...what goes up...does...? Hey! Its a event and just mission that rules the corporate sector.Microsoft could also lose big if ever their plans and schemes fall short, there's still a degree of risk contained by purchasing Yahoo. You could tell G00GLE to buy Yahoo if you intend to.they could nickname it GooHoo or something.or you could blame yourselves for signing-up an eon of times because of forgotten passwords. You may also bail-out Yahoo by going premium in Yahoo offered services. Just beckon me if you intend to bail-out Yahoo.pass me the money...and I'll paw it over to the Yahoo execs.!hahahahahahaah!

Try Forbes, maybe.
I believe, that we requirement to limit CEO's salary to a set amount based on the lowest salaried worker.

If the lowest paid worker make $10 an hour, then mulitiply that out 1,000 times and it comes to $10,000 an hour, or $80,000 a daylight, or $560,000 a week, or $2,426,666 a month or $29,120,000 a year.

That is $29 million dollars a year.

That is really, 29 times more then a CEO really wants.

Plus, make it improper to send fired CEO's rotten with golden parachutes.

Plus, receive them pay for stock at the gala market meaning. That helps curtail manipulate the company in their favor, but does not get rid of it.

I'm all for capitalism, but at hand is a limit to what is right, and what turns out to be unabashed greed at the expense of the workers, shareholders and the public trust within the company.

If the CEO wants a angle, then they are forced to provide everyone else an equal raise.
