I found out this morning that it was one that I trained on some things within the departmentAnswers: Ok, yes, and I volunteered to clean out that person's cubicle and if I found anything the familial might want, I sent it to them. Just let yourself discern sad if you have a feeling sad, turn to the funeral, meet the own flesh and blood. Tell them about your relationship beside the dead entity. Help your coworkers process their feelings. It's conventional to feel sorrowful and confused, etc. Don't deny these feelings. Have a grieving session where on earth everyone can say how they feel about the personage or set up a temporary altar surrounded by a breakroom for people to post photos etc. Sometimes a irretrievable plaque or something helps or faithful a new fountain or soemthing to the party. Donating to a charity of their choice helps population feel a member of the process and 'do something'. Call the family and express your condolances.
Yes , anyone personally involved near their training must have be disturbing for you . A note of condolence to the kinfolk would be both proper and appropriate . ( I had a similar experience and I be shocked to see how little anyone actually care for I had worked along side him for a quantity of years and I just could not comprehend what little , if any , effect / affect this have on others who knew him . I realize then that would be my lot within life as ably ; does anyone beyond the family ever remember - I wonder .)
