Microsoft bids $ 44.6 billion to buy Yahoo. What will appear if Yahoo go rotten and Microsoft take over.?
Press report giving a jerk and jolting everyone who loves Yahoo.Answers: I chew over giving the current status of Yahoo's stock financially and it's stock in the Internet world, and giving Bill Gates & Company's massive hold on the computer world that it would be a great alliance. Bill Gates knows that Yahoo is still the #1 site on the internet and that it's email is also #1.
I ponder that although both company's have alot of similar services (IM, email, flush, etc) that it will definitely be a worthy thing, I do not believe that it will give G00GLE a run for it's money but I conjecture it will have a vastly good effect on both company's customer remnant.
I hope to see a better competition between Yahoo and G00GLE, the arch-rival.
G00GLE is getting stronger influence nowadays, even Microsoft and Yahoo hold to step aside. If the takeover really happen, we'll see big changes surrounded by both companies.
There's much to be learn from both companies. Microsoft will own to re-evaluate their software manufactures, and Yahoo will hold to focus to improve their online services, which is on the losing side compare to G's.

What are the reason that the Indians are the richest within the world.?
e.g. Mukesh Ambani, Laxmi Narain Mittal, Anil Ambani to name a few.Answers: Having looked into them it seem to be through hard-work, ingenuity and enterprise. (and a little bit of luck)!
Have a look a Mr Mittal's page on Wikipedia - I love his photo - he looks a totally smiling dude! I suppose I'd be that happy if I be a billionaire too!

How do I remove a partner from a s corperation?
Answers: S-Corporations do not have partners, they have shareholders.
You may offer to buy their shares.
yes, if the majority of ownership in your corporation wishes this person "out" they must hold a "meeting," it must be documented in an official record of the meeting, then it must be noted in your company's annual report (due in april 15th). Signatures of other officers and/or shareholders are required, but I believe this is all that needs to happen.
I just read all these instructions on my state's website, as I filed my annual report for my s-corp.
