That's crazy.

As of Dec 2007, G00GLE has the biggest flea market share with 56.3%, followed by Yahoo at one and only 17.7% . http://www.nielsen-netratings.com/pr/pr_...

Nielsen estimates that 4.1 billion searches be made in G00GLE -- and that traffic alone process more advertisers flocking to use G00GLE Adwords. And the more advertisers use them, the bigger their earnings

Crazy ... but really apt.
G00GLE is God disguised as a website.

That's just my supposition.

Would you inform your prospective employer of your promotion to your present errand?

Some1 resigned in my present livelihood, (which i'd call AOF for the sake of clarity) & i be on the list of those who might replace her. However, when i as applying 4 another employment (let's call it BOF), i mentioned the possible promotion. During the interviews for BOF, i be asked to inform them if i get d promotion. Now, my supervisor ((a) AOF) have just informed me that she recommended me 4 the promotion, but the headquarters (of AOF) would enjoy 2 approve my promotion first b4 it takes effect & that it may be tied 2 our june evaluation. What i want to know presently, since i'm at the final stage of the recruitment process of BOF, is it advisable to inform them going on for the promotion at AOF?

Answers: As far as I understand, if you get promoted at AOF in June, you'd be earn more than if you went to work for BOF presently.
Well, in that crust, I would go to BOF and enlighten em nothing more or less any promotions, 'cause you are really not sure sure nearly it yourself.

Corporation or Franchisee?

Is it better to work for the Corporation of an organization or a Franchisee of matching organization? The corporation give the impression of being to advance thier personnel quicker than franchisees but what's best. This is McDonald's. They have corporate stores and stores owned by franchisees. Which is best to work for?

Answers: It depends. If the franchisor individual has one store, next I would rather work for the corporation.

I would conjecture that overall the benefits would be better working for the corporation. Larger companies usually are better to work for.

Good luck.
There are pluses and minuses to each. A corporation is big and have the advantages of being big: training, heaps people to lattice with, resources, etc. Its also totally political.

I myself prefer the entrepreneurial world of the franchisee. Small, nimble, flexible. But near limited resources until they become bigger and more successful. And its not so political, your nouns is based on accomplishments and results.
Corporations, especially colossal ones that depend upon selling franchises, are all almost reproducing sucess.

Training is the No.1 key to this type of orgaization
No.2 is a okay defined "Model" of success for the company and for individuals inwardly it. Its very crucial for everyone toknow how to perform thier work, what's expected surrounded by terms of point and how to proceed to thenext level of craft achievement.

corporations do this over and over again..its what they do best.

A franchisee may solitary be interested in his local bottom queue.

good luck
