At a huge corporation, who tell the collection agency how hastily they enjoy to collect the money?
The situation: Basically I owe a bunch of money to my old employer because I took closely of classes within a years length of time and all the money they give me for the classes were required to be compensated back (because i disappeared before the required one year of retention time). They sent the debt to collections and immediately the collections agency is trying to pressure me into paying HUGE payments or else they'll report the debt to my credit report. This means that the productive party to the debt have sold its rights to the debt (meaning they cannot intervene on your behalf).
