How long after you start near a company who remunerated you to move here can you quit minus looking approaching you used?

How long after you start with a company, who remunerated you to move there, can you quit lacking looking like you used them?

Answers: Ok, everyone, peroxide up. People do move from job to charge, and every employer knows that they own no reason to expect an member of staff to stay with them for the rest of their vivacity. And they do pay for moving expenses knowing this. Of course they hope to seize as much productive work out of an employee as they can...they enjoy an investment in that member of staff.

On the other hand, they don't much charge for job hoppers, for the reason you listed. What the asker requirements to know is a reasonable press...how long is long enough so that they won't be see as a job-hopper.

As a minimum, plan on working there at most minuscule a year. An employee who doesn't final six months is generally see as a poor hiring choice by most companies. A year is about the stripped minimum.

On average, employers expect personnel to move to a new available job, either inside the company or near someone else, about once every three years. Leaving in advance once or twice before that time is up to adopt a better offer is expected, but a outline of moving to someone else every year or two is cause for concern within human resources departments.

My advice? Stick it out 3 years if you can, at lowest one year if you can't, and don't do this too often.
Or consider repaying the company’s expense. The Human Resources department could furnish you that figure.

What is the target market for Gap, Inc. and what do they do to appeal to their target customer?

Answers: for homework? :) GAP owns GAP, Old Navy and Banana Republic. so if you are talking about the actual GAP stores then it is in the middle quality wise. Old Navy is the cheaper more sporty store, GAP is good quality but affordable and targets consumers that want to look nice but not pay outrageous prices, Banana Republic is for people with a little more money to spend and business, business/casual attire

they appeal to their consumers by having fun commercials.. appeal to pop culture with the music/dancing, the stores are clean
I'd say basically it's for people around age 17 and age 26-32. I would say their (red) series involves charity as well as ivntage designs that appeal to even the most modern wearer. Also, their sizes are to no end, plus the design is simple enough on most of their clothes to fit most outfits. It's one of those stores you start at when going for a new style. from there, you expand
