What is the criteria for a company to come under "A" group?

Answers: just check whether ur co., gives rewards and appraisals on the merit or seniourity basis
in case if it is a seniourity basis then u need to wait till ur seniour leaves and u can do other thing that impresses and the other types of works that ur co-works refuses or hesitate to do
then, if it is a merit bases well and good, do ur work tat pleases ur boss and the decision u take should be in an profitable way to the organization. ok

How can Yahoo be worth over $50bn ?

Yahoo has spurned Microsoft's $44bn present, claiming to
be worth more.

But how can a website that provides free services like
email and internet search be worth so much.

Sure, Yahoo brings in money from net hosting, advertising
and some premium accounts, but it can't be worth more than
masses auto manufacturers, can it?

Answers: Sure they provide some free stuff... But at like time all they are spending money on is a tiny bit of electricity. Their personnel... Some server equipment that you buy- once and every month after that it is returning revenue to you... And an Internet connection which they get at a premium when they first started up because they were at Berklee I ponder.

Anyway the Auto industry in the USA is losing out because they've be slow to bring about latest technology in comparison to Asian manufacturer and also, there's a high cost of steel right immediately since China is consuming tons or raw resources worldwide (just like the United States during the rash 1910s.)

Yahoo has deal all over the place. They're back by big companies including AT&T and Verizon that use Yahoo to provide content for their customers.

att.yahoo.com
verizon.yahoo.com

Plus British Telecom & Rogers Cable in Canada.
bt.yahoo.com
rogers.yahoo.com

etc...

Yahoo is worth alot because they command a massive share of the "eye-balls" on the Internet. heck I mean Microsoft have tons of money and they can't even get various people to use Microsoft's horrible Search engine nor MSN internet service. MSNBC is a flop and I show Microsoft WebTV2 is still out to pasture. Yahoo on the other hand have had more nouns in getting nation to adopt their products.

Yahoo's price commands a lot- lately like how a building within a good location could fetch profusely.
$44Bil sounds awfully high. Per Yahoo's harmonize sheet, they have a total equity of around $9.5Bil and a web income of around $800Mil in 2007. It will appropriate several years of that kind income to accomplish the $44.6Bil offer from MS.

I do not grasp what MS stand to gain from this deal save for increasing their online presence.
