Which entities/individuls gained from billions of dollars lost by banks like UBS and Citi in sub-prime crisis?
Answers: Geez, didn't everybody lose?
I guess if I had to pick a "winner" it might be the borrowers who got to live in a house pretty cheap for a while... but at what cost? Their credit is now shot, and they may very well be out on the street.
It surely wasn't the lenders who are stuck with high priced (and rapidly deteriorating) inventory.
Maybe it was the realtors who made the sales and ran off with their commissions, or the mortgage brokers who did the same. I guess if there was a "winner" anywhere, you could say it was them.

What is the starting salary at microsoft/G00GLE for an M.S in comp sci? Is it signifigantly more than a B.S?
Answers: I'm not sure about MS but I've heard of more than one person with a BS going to G00GLE for ~95k and microsoft 85k.
I would imagine MS is +10-20% more.

Imagine the only work clothing you needed was a blue suit and white shirt with oxford shoes. You could wear one or two outfits and as long as you were wearing clean clothing nobody would know if you owned two or twenty outfits.
