i am currently employed (a) a hotel. i work the front desk and have be with the company going on a year. prior to this livelihood i worked (a) another hotel for about a year and a partly. now that ive be with this company for almost a year im begining to see how the hotel is run. its based upon favortism and not experience and senority. nearby is a girl who started in june no prior hotel experience and have been promoted to shift viewpoint & supervisor. her aunt is an accounting manager & her cousin is the food & beverages inspector (a) the hotel. my question is... is near anything i can do or anyone i can speak with surrounded by regards to the style the company is ran. the nonspecific manager is incredibly unpleasant and will not speak to you unless she likes you. she told us the other time if we dont like it here we can check out of. not very professional. what should i do?Answers: I don't be going to to sound scrounging, but welcome to the genuine world.
