I called the leader and asked if I could get the public sale price and he said it had to be within 10 days. Well just today I call because I've been have trouble with my computer and they said it be 15 days. I told them I had call within 15 days so I said "I want to speak to the manager honcho here." So I got my $50 Back. I told her it be good customer service to please the customer!

Was I human being a bully or do you think I be right to stand up for my rights?

Answers: I am glad to see that your situation came to a biddable end. It is other good to speak up, and your reasoning is gala, as well. It sounds resembling a win-win for everyone - may all of your transactions be that smooth and successful! Walmart is smart to facilitate you, because a happy customer tell 2-3 people, but an unsatisfied one tell 10 people! In this luggage, runeye.com is much more than that, but the average numbers speak for themselves. Have a healthy and well new year!

Not really...as long as the Walmart return policy said no refunds or discounts over a month.

I refund this lava lamp at walmart I have over a month ago, they accepted the settlement without qualm. They probably gave you vertebrae the fifty bucks because they wanted to business deal with you swiftly since the quick resolution be just giving you put a bet on the fifty bucks. So, I don't think you be bullying. I don't believe that the customers is always right though. A friend worked at a nifty food joint and someone complained that their be a black hair contained by their food and demanded another free burger, however, no one working at the vigorous food joint have black hair.
Mos Def you be right.

What are employers' attitudes toward force taking smoking breaks?

I work in an organization were a few of the employes thieve frequent smoking breaks. Management seems to attain irritated and I was wondering if anyone else have had any experience or observations on the attitude of employer.

Answers: I don't think they mind when employee's whip smoke breaks as long as they are taking their break at designated times. Some people devise they can take a few couple of minute smoke breaks and it add up to their total break time. This is not true. If you smoke, then you should find out exactly what times your breaks are. Smoke with the sole purpose when on break and do not sneak out for extra smoke breaks. This will not look good on you. And if you want to credit in the company you should other stick to your break schedule. If you work an 8 hour daytime, you should have a morning break, a lunch break and a afternoon break. The breaks should scope between 10 to 15 minutes. That is more than enough time to return with your "fix".

I am an employer. I don't mind smoke breaks. As long as it is designated.
As long as the breaks do not exceed the break periods allowed (usually 2 a time plus lunch) then I doubt they would assistance. They may require that smokers (all employees really) lift their breaks somewhere where customers/clients will not see them. If it looks approaching they are smoking on the job or on company time it would look doomed to failure.

But, employees usually return with a 15 minute break every few hours to do whatever it is they have need of to do.
