Who is boycotting EBay this week?

Question Details: Do to the percentage increase in the seller sale price pre -item? It go from 2% to 8%. Do you feel that the lower index fees are enough to compensate this much of an increase? I don't! They are going to put together more than ever!! What is your opinion and are you joining within on the boycot! Reference EBAY community form.


Answers: I'm boycotting ebay. I dont agree with their levy policies nor do I agree with the positive fb solitary for buyers. there are some unscrupulous buyers out in attendance, no pays, etc., but you cant leave neg fb because of the unknown policy.
I'm not boycotting.

UPS reduce to rubble?

I just sent my destabilized package out the door beside the ups guy for INSPECTION soo IF they find out thte damage be caused by UPS which it be... will they keep the item (laptop) and re emburse my money or will they return the item and re emburse my money?


Answers: What happen is the laptop will go stern to the company. The company which made the laptop will send you another lately like you ordered. UPS will wage for that if they find that they were to blame.

am pregnant and do not qualify for FMLA (my company has smaller number than 50pp working there). They are not giving me any maternity move (I am not planning to return to work there anyway).
I would close to to be professional and put my 2 weeks notice within tomorrow, but I don't want to risk them letting me go rash if they don't like the certainty that I'm putting notice contained by. Can they fire me if I put in my become aware of? Why or why not? I don't want to risk being "permit go" early because I requirement to work until at least March 3rd to hold on to my insurance through March 31st. Thanks.


Answers: They can let you be in motion the instant you turn in your interest. There is no requirement that they have to agree to you work the two weeks.

However, it is not in their best interest to do so for a couple of reason. 1. It is illegal to fire someone for becoming pregnant. They may not want to risk you coming wager on at them and saying it be an illegal termination. (It's a remarkably fine line if you enjoy already put in consideration.) 2. They may need you to wrap up any projects you are currently working on and train your replacement. Letting you work the two weeks give them a little time to find a replacement.
