Ebay Users please push for...?
When is "too" early to request ebay intervention within a transaction? I won the auction, My CC was changer closing thursday feb 14 'til today I still didn't get a word from the street trader when the item is gonna be shipped or anything. I did go pay-out confirmation and I did sent 3 emails already asking for any creature alive in the other expire to tell me when are they gonna distribute the item... no response... Today is the 19th.Any suggestions are gonna be appreciated.

Answers: It's merely been 3 business days since you purchased the item. You should contribute them at least 6 business days (or 10 calendar days) and afterwards you could email the seller asking when they shipped the item and if they hold the tracking #. Not all seller send it out alike day you buy it any, so your item is probably in transit right presently. If you don't get it by this coming Friday, start contacting the salesperson. Be nice about it too, don't hassle them. You can other report them to eBay if you don't get the item, but you would still enjoy to wait 10 days to wallet the report.
Personally, I would give them at smallest a week. Sometimes buyers and sellers enjoy unexpected emergency (heart attack, serious accident, annihilation in the relatives...) After a week and three messages, I think it is disinterested to report them. They can still resolve the issue, but at least eBay will be putting some pressure on them.

It's singular been 5 days, in actuality only 3 because nearby was a Sunday and Holiday contained by there. You must hang around 10 days before file a claim. Ebay always suggests calling the entity before file a claim You can get the seller phone number by requesting contact information from ebay. Sometimes this is enough to carry the sellers attention because ebay emails them when you request it. Give the hawker a chance, anything could enjoy happened.
Also, are you trying to email directly or are you going thru ebay? If you haven't tried both, try the other. Ebay's messages just now weren't working.
In case you haven't hear new policies are going into effect today which you might want to check out.. Buyers and seller are boycotting and searching out alternative sites.

Two Gas Cards -BP and Shell - stolen and used?
We had a wallet stolen from the glove compartment of one of our cars. It contained 2 gas cards. We didn't realize the wallet be gone until we got the monthly bills. Our run of the mill $30 to $40 bills were $648 on one and $1041 on the other. Called the companies to report the aggravated burglary and unauthorized charges. They both instructed me to submit written reports with copies of the invoices, which I enjoy done Both companies told me right out that I was liable to reward the bills in full while the 'investigation' be going on, and if found in my favor, the money would be returned to me. From what I hold read from my research, though, if I submit a written claim of disputed charges within 60 days of delivery the invoice, I am not obligated to pay until the 'case' is settled. What really bothers me, is why we weren't notify of this sudden burst of use on a card that for 5 years was used more afterwards 2xs in one month? Six fill-ups contained by 10 minutes at one location-no red flag popped up? Beware of Shell & BP..Answers: Do your due diligence. file the reports, appropriate pictures of the car/glovebox, get a breif statement from the driver and the motor pool bureaucrat. also send a copy of the report to the local police and receive an incident report number...no number...nothing is formal. all this lend evidence to your professional handling of a true theft. not lately the whining of someone that left the saloon unlocked, and credit cards in a wallet the box.(you must be kid right?) yeah, thats where i preserve mine.
get within on paper and directory it. dont waste time trying to amount out if Bp is trying to screw you. do the right stuff and explain how this may affect your future relationship near that oil company.
