[ business strategy and analysis] what to do for unsold products ?
If you are a financial analyst, the company is going to launch for a new product; however; within are still a lot of unsold eldergeneration products contained by the warehouse which can't be sold. What should you do? what strategies can be used?

First, calculate the advantage of the unsold products. Calculate also the cost of storage of the products etc as well. Shelf space etc.
Second, multiply the loss on the products if they are completely written off.
Third, see what strategies are available to rid yourself of the products or achieve what value you can from the products.
If a product really have ZERO value you want to really consider the value of your product at adjectives. Even 8 track tapes could hold some value even though they go out over 20 years ago for a product to have nought value could point to a much larger problem that should be explored until that time moving forward to make sure ZERO advantage product is not made again.

No, at least not residential delivery. I don't know about delivering to businesses.
They only have residential delivery on Tuesday through Saturday.
I wish it wasn't the case. I am expecting a package from them and, it would have come today if they delivered on Mondays.
