Answers: Each of those aspects are different and tell them nearly the totals. It depends on the company as to what is most important. Total amount insured give them an idea of present risk. First year premium give them an idea of income. # of policies is volume of relations. They probably calculate other things by dividing the numbers. Sum assured divided by # of policies give you the average size of policy. First year premium divided by policies gives average cost to customer. Tells what mode of people the sale person is selling to.

1) individual sending did not send express
2) at hand was an exception import either:
a) they attempted to deliver but not a soul was home
(a lot of times they express packages require a signature)
b) they hold the wrong address and therefore cannot deliver.
c) bundle status shows its sitting at a hub somewhere - it is lost somewhere amid everyone elses packages
steps to solve your issue:
1) get your tracking information, and look up what it say online..if there is an exception..look at the details and see if it is anything similar to what i stated above..
within any case you inevitability to call 1 800 PICK UPS and freshly state "customer service" when u get to the voice subdivision (cuz it annoys me when i call) and they will be able to any reroute the package or u can switch on to file a claim or an investigation to the location of the bunch.

Did you contact them to find out the motivation for the delay? You can usually check on strip via the tracking number to find out what the status of the package is. I don't believe the Post Office surely guarantees a delivery date. What the heck, you can ask for a discount, but it would only be the difference between regular abdication cost and whatever you rewarded for express delivery, if you gain anything at all.
