What to do to move up surrounded by my company?
im currently an asst mngr. at a rent to own company without a store officer.my new district mgnr doesn't approaching me. thus, he's telling other human resources in my district that he's hired someone past its sell-by date the street to train and take my store.

im 24 and damn powerfully motivated
my previous job.the marines.
i speak spanish fluently.
i've be in like peas in a pod store for 2 yrs as an assistant mngr.
i can do ALL the paperwork, from P& L's, projections, ordering, profit log, etc etc..
I CAN RUN THIS STORE better than anyone!!
even so i probably won't thanks to my DM not inclination me!
the other sm's in the souk think i can thieve it in my interview, when it open. i think i won't catch it regardless. how can i fix this? i've stayed w/ this screwed up company just for this store in the future, and im being robbed.
i dont know the dm doesn't ponder im fit for it. i've even asked him about it and he only just brushes me off.
what can i do? is in that something not wrong with this picture?
Answers: Your not going to similar to this, but if ya don't know. The best way to find ahead in business is who you know and kissing a$s, you inevitability to make the other guy approaching you.
Tell someone you're interested in the position. And unequivocally submit a resume to the corporate office if your instant supervisor doesn't listen. Don't go over your instant supervisor's head first though. But if they're a nudge, submit a resume and go for it!
Have you ever have any bleak distribution expierences beside UPS, or FEDEX?
Once a UPS truck drove up outside my home, I saw it through the window, I get up, looked out the window, the driver walk up to my fence and reach over and dropped the package into my patio, and left. I couldn't believe it, I call UPS and complained, all they said be, "It wasn't fragile", I will never do business with any of those companies again! And anyone I order a product from, I manufacture sure they don't either, I recommend you dont!Answers: Yes, A couple of times, the UPS guy deliver my package to the subsequent door neighbor. And then deliver their package to me. I be thinking how could that be hard to mix up. The address is on the carton. If he would take his time to LOOK at the bundle address, he would get the house right. Then it be the DHL guy from that company. He did the same article, only this time he deliver my package to a address that be far away. I was tracking my bunch online, and it said it was delievered. So I go down stairs to see if he put it in the door, and their be no package. I call the company and the women said that the delivery man accidently deliver my package to another address somewhere else. I be worried at that point. Because I was thinking that somebody might unequivocal my package or something. But that would be against the canon to open somebodys packet. But people are ancestors so it could have still begin. So he had to run all the track to the other address, get my bundle and bring it to me. I mean worthy grief. If they would pay attention and look at the address they would capture it right.
If you don't want the driver to do a "ring and run" then enjoy the item shipped signature required, then you own to make sure someone is near to sign for the package or you will hold to go to the depot and pick up the bunch.
Unfortunately these drivers really have no choice but to ring and run. The system is set up contained by such a way that the driver have to do 110% (literally) in directive to receive a decent increase. So if 100 packages a light of day is 100%, they have more or less 120 on the truck to attempt delivery on.
I own had FedEx ground make tracks packages at the bottom of my driveway! Luckily my hubby was home, who works for FedEx Express and have a little "chat" next to the driver since the package he moved out was a digital camera and ALL the drivers own been told to drive up and drop at the door!
I enjoy never had any nature of problem with UPS. I hold had at lowest a few problems with FedEx. I do tons of Internet shopping and when given the choice I pick UPS as the courier. It's not singular to have them making 2-3 delivery at my house in a week, adjectives of them complete, on time and not broken. If given a choice between FedEx and anything else, however, I will unanimously pick the "anything else."
If you really "will never do business with any of those companies again" you're in some serious trouble. What are you going to use, a local rickshaw distribution service? You're not going to use US Mail, i hope; USPS is a worse alternative to either of those companies.
Why don't we subtract the receivable ratio?

But there can be an increase or end of sales contained by short periods that would correct the asset utilization ratio on a short basis. It is different next to inventory where turns are steadier and the utilization is more of a concern.
