Americans richer?
Why is it that American waiters can be richer than a restaurant head, like me, of South Africa? Coz they be have them fancy cars and nice apartments and what not, so... why?Answers: How much does a house cost in US dollars contained by S. Africa.?
Waiters may make more later you in dollars but here expenses are also probably much higher. Just a guess though.
I don't instinctively know any waiters that build a good living at it. And I don't believe the waiter here are making more then the manager. If so why would anyone want to be a manager?

The average American is wealthier than the average person within most other countries. Our people on welfare (the Dole, parliament assistance) complain about their miserable lives, but resembling 98% own cars, 50% own two cars, 95% have a color small screen, and something like 65% hold cable television, 50% hold cell phones, etc. This is why, #1- everybody hates America, and, #2 - everybody requests to come to America. You yourself have be watching too much television. Most waiter don't have fancy cars.
What is a "Code 3 In Housewares" at Walmart?
I found this thing online that told you to do roughly 56 things at Wal*Mart. One of them was: Go to a store associate and notify them there is a 'Code 3 In Housewares'. What does that penny-pinching? I call the number and it looks like it is only a recording near instructions on how to cancel an tale.

I would contact your credit card company and report the charge as a fraud. They will give you a conditional credit and paperwork to sign and return. After you return the paperwork the credit will be unchanging.
Sounds like someone stole your card number.
