I infer that prison labor would be preferable by far to third-world sweat shops which, in essence, hold children as slaves. Since Victoria's Secret does not advertise itself as "Fair Trade" it's a not detrimental bet that they're using one of those two options to production their pretty pantaloons.

Answers: Yes, all courier services (UPS, FedEx, and AirBorne/DHL) were running on the holiday, however USPS was not because it is a federal holiday and USPS is a federal establishment.
