Zenith Bank PLC is a genuine hill, located in Nigeria (Africa). That email however is a scam email .. the material Zenith bank is at www.zenithbank.com and so will their email address be at that address. Not myway.com which is a free email and web portal a bit similar to Yahoo.

The sub-culture and organization are the informal operation and the reality of how people operate.
I am not sure of the context of your question but in general understanding sub-cultures and orginizations can help the manager better relate to the problems that can happen in both of those areas.
Managers need to be able to react to problems before they come up if at all possible and understanding sub-cultures and orginizations can help them do that.
Understanding both also allows the managers to better relate to people on a more personal level.
