How to check Australian companies financial status ?
Hi,We are about to do business near an Australian company.
In my country, England, there is a registry where on earth we can check status of companies to learn roughly their financial health.
Is at hand something similar for Australian companies, where I could check online the financial status of an Australian (private) company ?
If yes, where on earth ?

Answers: Is rather difficult nearby. In the USA they have the SEC that monitors companies. They don't hyave it contained by Aussie land. Just enjoy to ask the companies themselves.
