You ever hear of "paper profits"? You buy stock at $1, and subsequently on, the same stock that others are selling have a value of $2. You are proud as punch and move about get a loan for $2 next to your stock certificate as collateral because you lost your opportunity the day in the past.
Now, the borrower wants his money hindmost and today the market is have its meltdown. You go to flog your stock, but it's only worth .50 cents. What to do??
That's simplistic, but European bank overly invested in American properties. The speculators are calling within each others' loans.
Not sure what will come up. America is a service-based economy as of unpunctually and no longer has industrial jobs. Consumer spending, what they hope to boost surrounded by America, will only verbs money funds to Asia, that has the engineering jobs.
In a word, Conservatism basically sucks.

Answers: There are two State offices that you should contact.
First, your Secretary of States office for the state that you live in. Second, the Attorney General's office of your state.
The Secretary of State should be responsible for the licensing aspect of this infraction.
