Example of a bad customer service experience?
Answers: Oh so many to pick just one. Well, i work the overnight shift for a police department and I stopped at McDonald's to get an iced coffee. I didn't drink out of it until I got to work and was getting my things situated for the night ahead.I took one drink and it was terrible, to much syrup ( hazelnut) . That McDonald's closed at 11 pm so I was trying to call and let them know how bad this coffee was. When they finally answered, he refused to replace the drink because I could not go back right then to replace it. I was disappointed.
Small stuff like Coffee being replaced is kind of Dumb!
I can understand getting upset with the big and expensive stuff, but coffee? and if you buying you coffee and MacDonalds you deserve all you get buddy!

3 months ago this company agent called me and said that he could supply my car by putting it on their website and if the saloon doesn't sell in 3 months they promised they would give a full compensation. (at the time i was trying to put up for sale my car) It's already been 3 months and i sent them a proof( which they asked) that the coup¨¦ has not be sold. I called them but they wouldn't answer. What should i do? BTw this company is headquartered contained by vancouver and i live in edmonton. I know they do enjoy an office near. I'm thinking of threatening them to report to BBB. Would that be helpful? Greatly appreciated for any warning.Answers: Write them a letter, particularly specific, include documentation - I hope you have a written agreement. Don't obtain threatening, be very businesslike and as brief as possible. Send it to them near cc on the bottom to Better Business Bureau and their local Chamber of Commerce.
Be sure to use "You prompt attention is expected and appreciated"... instead of "sincerely"
if you paid by credit card you may also try working through them.
