Answers: Yes seems to me they are. Corp. is the abbreviation for Corporation, and although there are several companies with Abraxas in the name, there is only one Abraxas Corp(oration).

How do you record a small claims lawsuit against a most important corporation?
This does NOT qualify as a MAJOR lawsuit as it is just for me to carry a deposit back that I remunerated for a cell phone.T-Mobile required that because I opened a business sketch with them to submit a $500 deposit. I did so & cancelled service inside their 14-day Buyers Remorse Policy.
Because I cancelled within the 14 days, I did not own to pay a hasty termination fee & be told I should get my deposit final.
The only problem is that be JUNE 2007 & here it is January & I STILL DONT HAVE THE DEPOSIT BACK.
I have file a Better Business Bureau complaint & FINALLY got a pulse, however, T-Mobile have continuously lied to me & stated they finallly agreed to submit the deposit but again I STILL DONT HAVE IT.
The BBB complaint was open in October & almost February the BBB closed it's travel case because both sides could not agree.
So the only point I can think of is to sue the, for what one would consider would seems as revision to them, my $500, I am entitled back
Answers: You may want to write a memo to T-Mobile summarizing the dates that you hold had discussions next to them, their continued promise of your check and indicating that if you have not received your check by a undisputed date, you will be forced to take court action. If you own a friend who is a lawyer, you may ask them to do you a favor and write such a message on your behalf (but only if you ruminate it will get more action).
I'm a short time confused about why the BBB closed their report. There doesn't seem to be a disagreement between you and T-Mobile as to the certainty that you are owed this check. There just seem to be a problem with you collecting the check.
Anyway, try the above and see if it works.

I found myself within a similar situation about a year ago. Might I suggest:
Compose a communication outlining what has happen to you—including dates times and name of people or address of locations—chronologically from day one to the present. Include copies of adjectives forms, contracts, letters, faxes, emails, any correspondence of any helpful you had near T-Mobile. Detail phone conversations or voicemails left or received. Then, ask for assistance contained by resolving the matter as T-Mobile have left you beside no other option and is surrounded by possession of YOUR money.
Print three copies and send one to the Federal Trade Commission, and another to the Attorney General for your state.
Send the third copy to T-Mobile beside a note informing them of who you'd be sent to. Their reaction time will be much quicker than previous attempts, I can adjectives but promise you this.
If you can afford to, send the third beside delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, the works, so that you'll be within possession of physical proof that the letter made it to T-Mobile. This may prove adjectives if you end up going to court.
This is the procedure I followed and inside one month of sending the letters the entire issue was resolved and money put a bet on in my hand.
