Hi, I am running a website, say "ABCD.com". There is already a company register near the name "ABCD LLC". Now, I want to register my company designation as "aBCD.com LLC". Is this OK? Of course, I own the domain ABCD.com.Thanks for any advice.

Anyway, even if they give somebody a lift no action forthwith, they will do so when they find their customers/clients clicking onto your site. It totally depends on the business and the potential loss of income that will be the real problem to both of you. You may promote your site much better than them but loose you clients to them because they enjoy strayed onto their site, or vise versa.
Look for another name instead of LLC to remove the problem. If you own the ABCD.com and can show ownership for longer than them and that you be trading first, then the boot is on the other foot and you could sue them for breach of your rights but check it out first.
