Is gas purchased from a key brand mark company better afterwards non brand identify?
Is the gas purchased from major companies better for your cars engine, manners, the environment, etc.?I see all the add about additives key companies use in their gasoline, do smaller companies use something different?
Answers: Nope. Many times its equal gas. I grew up in an grease refinery town. The tanker trucks come and fill up and later drive to each of the gas stations they deliver too. Guess what? Same gas from the refinery. Same tanker truck. Different gas stations. Now that self said there is other a change that the gas station itself may preserve its underground gas storage compartments cleaner than others or that the gas station itself adds things to the gas but I used to work for a big christen gas station and I've never seen that done.
the single difference is additives. For instance - California only have 9 refineries. Oil companies buy gas from assorted refineries, put their own signature on it and add mostly phoney-balony additives which unnecessarily give cost to the product.
For 99.9% of the vehicles doing a tour, buy the cheapest, lowest octane gas and you will do just fine. If you fall over into the 0.1%, then you can afford the highly developed priced gas. (so quite bitchin')
You can't even other be sure that a major brand station is selling that company's gasoline.
In Louisville, Kentucky lately some BP stations were caught selling gas from another supplier and they be forced to remove the BP logo from their signs.
