I believe it all depends on the job in question. Experience is always a plus. I assist with hiring in my offfice, and in our field of work, experience is pretty important, but we will also look at a lot of factors. We deal with the public, so how a candidate presents themselves is very important. Good hygiene and neat appearance is a plus. I also look at past job history even if their previous jobs have nothing to do with our field, just to get an idea of how stable they have been in the past, for example how long did they work at their previous positions, what did they list as their reason for leaving. Alot of short term jobs shows instabillity and terms like " didn't get along with boss" and of course "fired" are red flags.

The crapy company i work for did'nt administer me no traveling money. not even toll money in a minute i enjoy 3 toll tickets.

the company send me and an other co-worker to travel to another city they solely payed for the gas. i drove the co-worker truck to get nearby because she did'nt know the way to acquire there so i drove. the company know that we did'nt have any money they said dont verbs we pay for every piece the only entry they pay for be for gas. when we finish the job we did'nt own money to get wager on either the company know this to but they said dont worry we get you. so as we went threw the tolls i have to show my license and they wrote the tag number from the other co-worker truck in a minute the company dont want to pay use for the I.O.U toll tickets. they want us to reward for this toll tickets out of our pockets then they said they will riemburse us for those tickets. we should'nt enjoy to pay for anything do you adjectives agree with me?

Answers: grow up, they didnt enjoy to give you anything to travel from one spot to another....this was their picking...you are resposnsible..if they are gonna re0imburse, what is the big deal...a great deal of people who travel for work obtain some expenses reimbursed, none or all reimbursed, but first they wage and then they submit expense reports and approved items find re--imbursed. But why so negative, come on, step up and do the proper item, take some resposnsibility, be grown, quit whining..

Answers: Depends on the % of ownership of the partner.
And if the President is assigned as Managing Partner.

For partnerships respectively partner has a %of ownership - depending on articles - a majority of ownership controls decision.

If in the Articles a single party is assigned as Managing Partner - it may very economically be within their rights to hire whom they want. But the Managing Partner can be changed by a vote of ownership.

Get a copy of the Partnership Articles - if here are none - they you are not truely in a partnership.
