Has anyone taken a pre-employment assessment for chevron,?
this is the initial step of a 2 test process. I dont beleive it is a drug assessment as this involves 4 hours to complete. Are companies exempt?
You know when I was within school I be told that I should respect the bully named Charlie lead to he was bigger than I be and he could do anything he wanted to.You know I am tired of companies hiring a human being in consequently laying them stale, now it seem the temp agency is the way to hire temps and lay them past its sell-by date. Most companies won't hire off the street up here surrounded by Michigan, you have to jump through a temp agency.
My question is, if companies are so stinking critcal in the order of our job hopping, next we should be critical of their hiring, and laying sour. I am tired of companies being so critical of my credit and position history when they are the ones who are "fickle" about hiring, not me. I only want to work and stay in one place.
Answers: It sounds approaching you are upset about losing your career... and understandably so.
However, companies will other need human resources. When there is an ample source of personnel for a certain commission, they can be very picky. When within is a shortage for a certain employment, then the favor falls within the employees favor.
The knob is to be an employee within demand... later they cannot be so picky (and hopefully, you will get remunerated and treated better.
Increasing your skill and worth are the best way to continue a job.
