Is my husbands boss GREEDY!!?
My husband has help his boss & friend start his clientele in his business for times past 15 yrs. He is very GOOD at what he does and extremely successful in the company. Over the plentiful years his bosses company has grown [HUGE] he have hired many foreign sales men and others, but over the coarse of years adjectives the sales men are loosing out on their benefits they once have including my husband. [No contract] He keeps making spanking new changes every year that just effects the sale men [cash flow] to benefit his company, but to bear away from those who get him where on earth HIS company is today. Recently told them that we’ll all hold to purchase our own company car and computers when the ones they currently hold need replaced. He is not the big-hearted of man that you can talk to, he’ll a short time ago tell you to turn your key’s over and say-so good buy. We’ve see this happen a few times to others who worked their, and my husband have tried before but get no where, but like answers others got. There’s much more to the story but I want to know is this GREED and should he verbs.Answers: Whats stopping your husband from becoming this guys competition?
Bosses who try to increase cash flow by "Cutting" are bosses who can be effortlessly overcome by competion. The reason is simply because if he REALLY know what he was doing he would fathom out that increased revenue comes from outstanding marketing and customer service (which is also an act of marketing).not by adjectives his own throat (ie: stepping all over th emen who help make him what he is today)

I don't know that "greed" is the answer. Many, several companies now adays are on the breaking point, and at hand is absolutely no course you can know for sure the financial security this company (unless your husband is the accountant).
You stipulation to realize this country is in a recession. Is it possible that your husband's boss is in truth trying to cut back?
Barring any finanical difficulties, costs are still rising. But surrounded by the end of the daytime, it is possible that this man wants more money. Of course, it's impressive to note that it is his company and he's the one taking the risk.
Greed, Mismanagement (causing cashflow problems), or too much debt - surrounded by any case I would say-so time for a good salesman to find another see.
One of the last true freedoms we own is that we can at least settle on WHO we help bring in rich.
It's good business sense to cut costs where possible. If he knows that the salesmen aren't contained by a position to walk away after he has a strong position. I suggest your husband should consider looking somewhere else and even if he chooses not to move on afterwards he would have a stronger bargain power.
It doesn't seem to be as big of a problem to your husband who have been envolved next to this businessman for the past 15 years as it is to YOU.

With you saying that he have no employment contract, he's quite free to donate the company taking his clients with him.
When I moved out the tech company I was near, a few of our services contracts came beside me. Company wasn't too happy, but I made it pretty clear that I did not have a non-competition clause

Do some of the computers in the store allow full internet access to its team?Answers: Yes .But only To find merchandise surrounded by other stores in the states.To place information to other stores.They are not alow to chat .
