In the corporate world, why is a infantile, attractive woman considered a pushover?
I was just now promoted and currently oversee 3 people, adjectives who are nonetheless older than I am. I am 22 and graduate fairly not long in May 2006. I hold been beside the company since undergrad for almost 3 years now.I am commander of graphic design surrounded by my pharmaceutical company, and it seems not a soul wants to pilfer me seriously when I try to assign tasks and projects. I make myself available and am friendly. When I am serious, people'd say things approaching, "oh, you shouldn't think so much or you'll capture wrinkles in your pretty little obverse." I think they are simply trying to joke, but I am their superior and if I be any more serious there would be problems.
Yeah, I might be infantile, but I am the only one on the squad with a Masters, the merely one that knows how to work beside much of the software, and most importantly, I am their boss. I don't try to act close to I am better than anyone, I just want one and the same respect they show eachother - basically everyone their age.
Am I lately being paranoid?
Answers: they are not comedy..they are being disrespectful...and they have it in mind to.
they believe that with ever directive you give, you are showing them who is boss...no situation how "nicely" you say it. if they are elder...they resent your age...if they are men..well i assume you know.
Men aversion women with power over them. it is built into them, they cannot support it. You need to thieve a stand and the next time someone make an infuriating comment like that..do a role reversal.
Place your mitt firmly on their shoulder.smile and say...
"you consent to me worry nearly my face"
the breaking of the personal space will give you the upper mitt, and let them know...you are the superior. honest luck.
Men reswpect strength and fear competence because it shines a table lamp on their inadequecies. You are young, presumably gorgeous in body and spirit, desire driven and ambitious. What you may be experiencing is pure old fashioned spite.
Just remember, never fear the insubstantial within yourself to be a guide to those within their own darkness. I pray that help.
Unfortunately, they see you as a short timer. You would be experiencing this even if you a male.
Imagine a unknown person lately out of school describing you what to do even with you anyone there three years.
Right in a minute get experience contained by the field you enjoy chosen.

I hold a feeling you may not be here much longer. Something you need to remember is that the masters scope doesn't mean anything presently, and the job title does not automatically form you superior to your elders. You may not know as much as you focus you do. You can't force people to respect you. I've see this scenario play out time and again, and each time the "boss" have lost.
You can thumbs down me if you like, but I'm simply telling it close to it is and trying to help you. Letting step of the ego will go a long method. Respect is a two way street. And no, I've be here 15 years, and have never be fired because I know what it takes to stick around.
Is there any place to get free money no strings attached?
Answers: #1 nothing in life is free (especially money)
#2 if someone is going to loan you money there WILL be strings attached

Do NOT go with Ramesh....seems like a scam to me. FREE money means you don't want to have to do anything for it..you just want someone to give it to you....NOT going to happen!
To make money you will have to do one of 3 things...work for yourself, work for someone else, or learn how to make your money you have work for you (stock market, mutual funds, etc.).
If none of this will do it for you.....then either panhandle or play the lottery.
Unless you have a rich relative who just happens to die one of these days and leaves you their fortune, then I'd say you're out of luck.
