Answers: Well, you can't! I had a HUGE issue with them about 2 years ago where someone hacked into my account and changed my password and I was subscribing to launchcast plus and so I was still being charged because it's automatically billed to you... Since I didn't have the password, I couldn't sign in and cancel it.
What was worse, I had had the account for so many years, I couldn't remember the answers to my security question and they wouldn't talk to me via e-mail even because I couldn't confirm my identity...
They insist on doing all of their customer service via e-mail and it's all a load of automated garbage. Gah! They made me so mad...
(You know, they even suggested I just make a new e-mail account. Oh, ok - because THAT'S gonna stop my other account from being billed...)
*ahem* anyway, sorry... Point being, they don't have a customer service phone number to call at all.

Answers: This not 100% true but sometime you gain cheated by your partner because of few reasons close to you are not participating in daylight to day hobby, you don't have access to the files or books or bank or not writting checks (its always better if both the partner signature is required on check, this way you know where on earth the money is going) or your partner has unpromising reputation. Most of the time when your decision making is not well brought-up or you are not good spectator you get cheated or deceive by your partner. Don't trust every body just resembling that same time don't get suspicious adjectives the time. So you have to be thoroughly observant or think alot back you make any business result.
Absolutely, trust no-one and most definately don't have a partner.
You will downfall up disagreeing on the way things are anyone done and that will be the beginning of the termination.
If you are starting a business, do it on your own. Employees that cannot be trusted can be got rid of but a partner that can't be trusted is deeply more difficult to get rid of and can result contained by your business going down the pan.
