How organizational ethics affect managerial decision making?
Answers: Bottom line: if the management don't care, why should the employees. If management routinely violates ethics or doesn't adhere to them, then decisions become based on questionable motives and outright illegal activities. Look at corporations such as Enron, where the management detoured from what is considered ethical. Everyone lost, with the biggest losers being the former employees who lost jobs and retirement.

I hired a consulting company a few years ago to do the exact same entry, and here is one I remember that eveyone liked.
First: You requirement to blindfold everyone
Second: You need to murmur a number (the highest person the number of players) from to the top in the ear of respectively player, It's their number
Third: They have to splash up in numerical charge BUT (here's the catch) without SPEAKING or making any clatter (grunts, taps, etc).
It's a great winter sport, and motivating for people who dont or may not know respectively other well to communicate surrounded by a new style..
Does Lowe's hire for full time?
I just chock-a-block out an application online for Lowe's. I applied as a cashier. Is Lowe's a angelic company to work for and do they hire for full time? And does anyone know if the cash registers are thorny to learn?Answers: I have a friend that worked for them and enjoyed it. Cashier work isn't that easier said than done. You have to be friendly and stay on the bubble as well though. It's not too rock-hard after you are trained. You eventually get the suspend of it.
