I presently work at staples and absolutely disgust it there, as do most other body of that store. I'm thinking of working at Abercrombie, but i'm not sure how they are as employers. Abercrombie & Fitch was charged near racial nouns. And the once venerable clothier, which outfitted everyone from Teddy Roosevelt to JFK, has undergone a makeover. Here's his inventive report:

The image of Abercrombie & Fitch is immediately party-loving jocks and barenaked ladies living fantasy lives.
But adjectives that fair tresses and skin has made it a moist target. It's being taken to court, accuse of racial nouns in their hiring. Does Abercrombie's all-American look exclude some Americans?
"All-American doesn't have it in mind all-white," says Jennifer Lu, a student at University of California, Irvine, and a former salesperson at a Costa Mesa, Calif., store. Lu and several other young at heart people vote they couldn't get a duty, or were fired because their look be not consistent with the store's look.
What exactly is the Abercrombie & Fitch look?
"It's dominated by Caucasian, football-looking, blonde-hair, blue-eyed males; skinny, high," says Lu. "You don't see any African-Americans, Asian-Americans, and that's the portrait that they're portraying and that they're looking for."
Liu says she be fired after corporate officials visit the store, and, according to her, didn't like what they saw: "A corporate recognized had pointed to an Abercrombie poster and told our supervision at our store, 'You need to enjoy more staff that looks like this.' And it be a white Caucasian male on that poster."
Anthony Ocampo say blacks, Asians and Latinos were sometimes hired by Abercrombie, but weren't given the opportunity to work contained by sales. "The greeters and the citizens that worked in the in-season clothing, most of them white, except all of them, be white," says Ocampo. "The associates that worked in the stock room, where on earth nobody sees them, be mostly Asian-American, Filipino, Mexican, Latino."
The lawsuit alleges that Abercrombie hires a disproportionately white sales force, favors white force for the best positions, and discourages minorities from even applying for jobs. But attorney and conservative talk show host Larry Elder say too often cases resembling these end up contained by court.
"Abercrombie & Fitch ought to have the right to set their own policies, for honest or for ill. Look, there's a restaurant call Hooters. Hooters requires you to have clear in your mind kinds of physical accoutrements," say Elder. "Will that do? And I think society understand that. Should they enjoy a right to hire waitresses because they want to attract a certain considerate of clientele who want to ogle at the waitresses? I think so."
But the young at heart people who are suing utter all that's irrelevant. They vote companies like Abercrombie requirement to be reminded what being American is adjectives about.
"All-American, their all-American dummy, does not mean all-white. That's not right. That's not trial," says Lu.
"An all-American look is every shade," asks Safer.
"Yes, definitely," says Lu.
