Which would be better LLC or Corporation?
My dad runs his own business that consists of owning/maintaining games/machines that you find in bar, clubs etc. He has have some health problems and is conversation about forming a corporation for his business to start out to me and my two brothers. In the past, he hasn't other been terrifically trustworthy so we are leary. He says he will front the money to create the corporation and he's doing it to protect us contained by the event of his death. Is this a pious idea? What character of corporation would be best for this? I kind of thought an LLC but I really don't know much something like this. Any info would help. ThanksAnswers: Get yourselves some import tax advice first, since it depends on your financial situation. You can also look into a corporation call an s-corporation, which would probably suit you and your dad fine. It would also make it easier to be capable of draw money from the company. It will protect you like an LLC, but will provide toll benefits in most cases. I would recommend an attorney or licensed CPA to do the basic paperwork for you.
An LLC has much better import tax benefits, as well as officially recognized benefits. Harder to be personally sued.
I wonder if Berell Textiles Agencies Inc. still exist? If within is, any website for checking?

A G00GLE search also does not enumerate anything, so either they hold moved, changed names, or no longer exist.
