Answers: Every company has problems that they own to address. We are a small company (6million in sales) that a moment ago had a primary customer (1/3 of sales) close their doors. There are a lot of things that we will stipulation to do. The reaction to the problem is the first article. The second thing is to look at the alternatives. We stopped any hiring. We are working on some potential business that may replace it. (We be working on it before this happened). Bonuses will be artificial. We are looking at the competition to see if they will respond. Answers: I expect I may be able to distribute you some guidance although I have never worked for Diebold. I do know inhabitants that are and have be techs with Diebold for plentiful, many years. Some hold stayed through retirement.

Diebold, as I take, has a great training program. As a Tech 1 I would conjure up you going to required training and working as an apprentice under a more experienced tech. This initial training will be faithful to probably a single system Diebold manufacturers and installs and as you gain culture you will be introduced and trained on more products.
