Answers: You hold what we call an autocratic commissioner. She keeps her nation on strangling-tight leashes and is constantly pulling them back instead of encouraging them to shift forward.
You definitlely have, and should create some, choices. This is your life and your job. Remember, you shouldn't just be working for the company, you're also working for YOURSELF. When the situation cease being beneficial to you, you should adapt courses.
List your other options. Are you able of finding a better job? By directive, if you want out, you need to donate a two week notice. However, start looking into other places in the past that. When you secure a better employment, step back from your current one.
Also know that there's no opening you can change her. Why would you spend so much time (= money) on her anyways? Unless HER boss change her, you won't have a occasion. So, instead of waiting for one, go out and look. You'll be surprised at the better things you might find.

Wow! Sorry to hear you work with someone approaching that. Having worked my way up within my company, eventually supervising staff for over 10 years; I've seen this past. How long has she be ED? Is it a large of small company? If she is topical than she is insecure and has bit bad more than she can handle surrounded by her job and is deeply unhappy. So she is "making" work for herself. Seems staff can't do their duty without her looking over their shoulders adjectives the time. And, she is making sure the your board thinks she have a mess to clean up.
Old timer? She is bored and on a power trip. I have an ED making horrible decisions and ignore all the facts, then misinforming the board. Do you hold anonymous input into her evaluation? If not discuss the personal attacks with you HR director. We give our ED a real wakeup appointment with his eval. Good luck!

so monday i ordered a shirt from at cafepress.com, and i did 1 day deliever= extra $20.00.SO i know 1 morning deliever means 1 work hours of daylight, so i knew it wasnt going to come tuesday, after today i was thinking that it be going to come and it didnt, and that is 1 work morning, i am very upset that it didnt come today becuase i am paying $20.00 more for it to come faster, not 2-3 business days i looked-for 1 day.
Answers: I would check their website. Some places will ship something 1 light of day service (it will get in that the day after it is shipped unless nearby is a weekend) but they will not fill instructions until a couple of days after you placed the order.
I would nickname them and if it has not be shipped I would request my $20.00 back and report to them they need to ship overnight and repay the charges.
