Obstensively, it's a company that retails herbs--gourmet and disclaimed remedies (don't want no trouble from the FDA), but its biggest source of revenue is (varying brands of) marijuana.The cops, FBI, and DEA, want to bust it, but who can they bust?

I'm actually going to lavish my time answering this for you, even though this company would never become a corporation and a IPO would never be granted. After ENRON and other corporate scandals, corporate officer and other high ranking official CAN be held liable. Granted the FBI still has to prove these official knew what be going on, and if they are running the corporation its going to be hard to believe they didnt know. You can just cook the books for so long and next time will catch up next to you my cheeba smokin, dope slingin friend. But Drug Dealing in not a ligitimate business and hence, why would you pay taxes on forbidden transactions when you can do them for free.. my point is, the front is not necassary to run a large greenery company,, revenues speak for itself and marijuana on the catalogue or produce wont fly so dont try.
