Are companies beside union required by ruling to disclose the reality that they're unionized?
There is an elevator in our condo complex which wishes repairs. We signed up with one elevator service company for repairs. Only after we signed a contract we found out that they are unionized. For us it resources that they start at 6 am and finish at 2 pm. This schedule is void for me and I want to cancel a contract near them.But my biggest concern is the price they command for the job. I believe that unionized companies tend to charge complex price than those without union. Are my concerns justified? Should the company we contracted for the position have notify us about the reality that they are unionzed?Answers: That is plain union bash. You should have shopped around for service pricing and read the full jargon and conditions of your service contract before signing. Don't blame this problem on union; it is your failure to ask relevant question or failure to read your contract.

Dun & Bradstreet - eUpdate?
I updated my D&B file in the order of two weeks ago with our most recent financial information. It still say "updating" when I go to bowdlerize, and if I pull the database, it is still the old one.I call D&B, and because I didnt want to pay for anything, they weren't really interested surrounded by helping, said it was mundane, and should finish updating soon.
Does anyone know how long this "update" usually takes?
Answers: I'm not sure how long it usually take but stay on them to get it right. I debris to do business with them. They hold one of my businesses info all f--- up and I'm finding tons professionals are not using them anymore anyway. I also had a complicated time understanding the party from India I was dealing next to on the phone. Good luck to you.
