Why do you muse companies practice social responsability?
I personally do not mull over that it's out of the goodness of their hearti consider it's a way to look righteous in front of the current and adjectives customer and if that particular customer like what the company is doing socially then he/she will lean toward buying products from that company.

Answers: Ultimately the most socially responsible action a company can do is clear money so it can hire and pay its workforce ,who buy things and pay taxes, and it can reward taxes.
Really, a company that invests in a social bring that it believes in short circuits the pressing wants of society. For example, company may invest in planting trees. This is socially responsible and prestigious. But society wishes health vigilance for poor children, could be better funded of the company took that money and invented a new widget that required more body and created a new currency flow that they could pay taxes on. Companies absorb in social responsible for cause for other reasons than satisfying a void within its heart,

Some owners of companies do perceive the need to be responsible to a greater moral. Others have determined that nearby is a commercial reason for doing so. Different companies own different cultures.
Ebay item ruin? during shipping?
i sold a pair of jeans 2 months agothe woman said the jeans were destabilized during the shipping
then i did ask her to convey them back for repayment
when i got them item have a rip from the transit i guess,now she can not database a dispute through paypal because is it over 2 months
she is bothering me that she will contact the gobernment agencies to get her settlement because i did say so,
what can i do?
Answers: You could be nice and return the money. BUT... you dont enjoy to paypal time is expired there is zilch the buyer can do now. Pay or ebay will not do anything just about it. The only article the buyer can do is leave you glum feedback.
If you had insurance on the item when you shipped it you can receive a claim and get your money put money on But I am pretty sure that you have sumit claim before10 days after the buyer get package. So this one is up to you If you dont thought about the impossible feedback dont refund money.

goldie...that's not true.recompense pal can issue a settlement for up to 6 months...but it's VERY TRICKY...
and no government agency surrounded by the WORLD is going to take up this event..she's just blowing out her butt.
my belief...don't refund her.but...you DO enjoy your jeans back...but they are damages...if you want, you should settlement her GARAGE SALE price for the damaged jeans.OR..if in that was shipping insurance on them...directory the claim yourself, get compensated, later issue her the refund..but you will hold to surrender the jeans...then you're out the jeans, and the compensation...so..it's up to you...

OMG! I"M SORRY ABOUT THE SHIPPING DAMAGE! Did you own insurance?!? I packaged the item sensibly, and once the item leaves my hands, it's not my constraint anymore. This is why you should buy shipping insurance. BUT>>>>if you leave postiive feedback at this time, i will catch your refund out to you. "..
this is to ensure you bring the feedback you deserve instead of retailitory feedback.
now...if she leaves pos. feedback...simply explain to her that the injury is the shipping company's fault and give somebody a lift it up with them.(if she DID buy shipping insurance...lend a hand her file a claim)...

are you SURE it be damaged? OR.did they procure them, wear them and rip them? are they the original twosome you sent out?

Tara, you are incorrect, by recounting the buyer to leave you positive fb and next you will issue a refund is call feedback extortion and VERY much against ebay rules. Also, once a package leaves your hand it is very much still your responsibility to deliver that bunch to the buyer AS DESCRIBED. Insurance is for the seller more than the buyer, since you are required to deliver the items within the condition they are listed contained by the auction.
This is what "should" have be done.
1. Buyer contacts you with the issue
2. You ask for pictures of the paper & damage to item so that you can determine if the defacement came from poor covering or something the buyer did herself. Pictures of the packaging is VERY exalted because it will help you if you do own insurance to file the claim.
3. If the covering is torn/damaged in the pictures, you proposition a refund upon unloading of the item within a reliable timeframe (I use 7 days) They MUST used delivery confirmation.
4. You receive the roll and REFUND- You have to enjoy a certain amount of trust with your retailer, she didn't file near Paypal and took away a bit of her edge near, BUT if she payed with a credit card, she can directory for up to 6 months with her CC company and they will simply take the money from you, no returns, no explainations.
One entity though, you said she bought them 2 months ago, did she just presently notify you?
If so, the transaction is over and has be for some time. I put a blurb in my auctions more or less how requests for refunds must be received in 3 days of item being deliver. This makes customers look over their items thoroughly when they arrive and takes away the providence of having someone try to return after they enjoy used the item and no longer need it.
If she did notify you right away, but took this long to convey the jeans back, next you should be more aggressive about when you have need of the item returned...ie Must be postmarked within 7 days from this date.
Good Luck next to selling- it is difficult to learn through mistakes, but at smallest you never forget those mistakes later!
