Whats a bad customer service ?
Answers: Being jumped on the second you walk in the door like the sales staff in mobile phone shops.
If i want help i'll bloody well ask for it.
being rude.
not helping you with what you need
pointing instead of taking you to the item you are looking for.
not returning your call
ignoring you.
I'll give you one example of the worst I ever saw in 50 years retail.
A woman returned a pair used house slippers after Christmas.
Truly, they looked like she had plowed the back forty with the.
An ADM insulted her and resfused to exchange or credit them.
The customer went to management and closed her account and canceled an order for about $12,000.00 of furniture.
The retail price of the house slippers was $1.99.
The ADM was fired.
Not the end of story.
The ADM had been raised in a tough neighborhood. All his friends were pissed. They located the customer and threatened her.
The jerk was made to leave town.
Is that an answer?
On the other side the most impressive story happened in Oneonta, NY.
A customer had purchased some very expensive material and made a gown for herself.
At the first cleaning, it nearly disentegrated. The cleaning establishment proved that they had done nothing to cause this.
She returned to the store.
They never quibbled about the return. They not only replaced the material, but they paid a seamstress to remake the gown.
That story made the news in many cities across the country.
The store could never have paid for that kind of advertising.
Another, a bit humorous. A woman had purchased a pair of Guppies.
On the way home babies were born. One guppy ate them. She returned to the store and, GOT CREDIT for the babies.
Saw a woman exchange a Toothbrush once. USED.
Bad service can lose a store 10 customers. Good service just the opposite.
Being rude
not listening
not being helpful
not being organised
taking a long time to find informaiton
keeping customers waiting
putting customers on hold for a long time
Anyone working as a Manager or surrounded by HR?
What you think?I go on a interview on Jan 15 and she said she will let me know by subsequent week. Since they will be doing interview and she was resembling who ever can't come on the week 14 they will can next week. This is small company with the sole purpose 6 people. They be also interview people for other position so be very busy. I emailed on 21 no response and I email on 23 on response. Should I bear it they are not interested
Answers: Having experience in HR, and using your press as an example of your grammar and writing skills, I would influence that they're probably not interested.
They should never tell you that they will tolerate you know if they're not going to. Says something about the company.
I'd look elsewhere.
Either they are not interested and/or they are not anyone professional enough to return your emails.
You dont' want to excess your time working for a firm that is wishy washy anyway.
Based on my experience within management, I would not automatically assume they be not interested. With the best of intentions, they may have intended to go and get back next to you during week ending 1/25. However, Monday 1/21 be a holiday for many business family. Some of them may have burned break time and taken the rest of the week off.
Also, please get the drift, business people adjectives over are often swamped next to work. I don't know anyone in a far-reaching variety of business positions who aren't already pulling 10 hour days and wish the day be longer. They may simply have more on their plate of a high priority than hiring a new member of staff. Lack of follow through, while somewhat unprofessional, may simply be the sign that they need more sustain.
Having said this, it could also be a sign of disinterest. I have other made it a practice of contacting candidates I interviewed beside either a yes or no decree. However, some people do not do this. They simply permit the issue drop and leave the applicant hanging.
My guidance, don't give up, but save interviewing. You can never count on any interview to turn into a job proffer. Wait a week or so and contact them again. If you hear nothing further, consent to it drop quietly and professionally in need burning any bridges. I once got a give the name a month after no contact with a fitting offer. While you are waiting, keep hold of interviewing. Even if they call you fund for a second interview, keep interviewing. With luck, you may find yourself next to more than one offer to choose from.
And only one more entity, keep interviewing. Good Luck!

They didn't lose it as within misplace it, they lost it in trading... i.e. they gamble it in the market and lost to whoever took them up on the trade. Hopefully a London bank, adjectives good for our cutback etc! :D
