Can an Employer share FEMALE member of staff how to wear pelt?
I am an assistant at a Bank. I am not in the public eye, nor do I work beside Food. My boss today told me that I was irrelevant to wear my hair contained by a moosed curly style. He said that I need to store that "look" for a weekend when I am not at work. Can he do that? The only portion of the HR policy pertaining to dress states "Each hand is required to maintain a trim, clean, business-like appearance surrounded by keeping with his/her work." I'm not hating on populace in other countries. I am only just frustrated that when I need customer service, I hold to use small words so I can be understood. (I lately got bad the phone with someone who didn't comprehend the words "obligate" or "permanent")The communication gap drives me nuts. Please don't dispense me lots of answers about how outsourcing is devout for one country or another.I would like to switch utiliites (from verizon to comcast) and i'm purchasing a computer, both this month. I would really to some extent deal beside companies in that hold Americans on the phone when I call.

Answers: Soooo several do..So, here's what I do..I ask them from where they are located, and if here is a major problem near communication, I simply tell them I want to chitchat to an american! You dont have to be imply about it, but it usually works..Although, one time, they told me in attendance was no american to reach a deal to..Had to deal beside it...Nice, eh?
