Answers: Use the phrase.."character conflict " in describing what happen between you and your former boss..
Legally your former boss can only say aloud that he would not hire you back. Professionally you have need of to multi task to save performance sharp and wanting populace to hire and keep you.

Answer honestly by explaining that you simply have a personality difference beside your former boss, it's unfortunate but to some extent than waste your time or the companies money you fixed it was best for adjectives if you went seeking other opportunity. Good Luck.
Remember never say anything bleak about your former boss. Just vote you appreciated the opportunity they offered but the position did not turn out the way you expected and you did not see eye to eye on how the company should progress.

After that is to say said, quickly ask, exactly what they are looking for and why they are looking for that position to be full up

Good Luck!

List of the Indian companies entering into joint ventures with foreign companies?

A list of such companies would be easier to provide if you narrowed down the industry / product area you are interested in.

Executive Secretary / Administrative Secretary.what exactly is the difference?

No need to answer if you don't know.

Executives usually work for an Executive (like a EVP or CEO, ect). They spawn more money.
