Company growth is typically used to describe an increase (or decrease) contained by gross sales over a extent of time, such as quarter-to-quarter, current year versus previous year. However, it can also be used to desribe net profits, web worth, employee count, number of locations, engineering capacity, etc.
Having said that, surrounded by my business dealings, gross sale is usually the key factor that we associate to growth. Almost adjectives other factors are driven by sale. The more sales you enjoy, the more product produced and/or services rendered. More sales also way more employees hired, more locations open, more production capacity needed, etc. Hopefully, if done right, more sale also means more profits earn.
