What is surrounded by a Tesco Employment Reference?
I know Tesco have a department that buy and sell with in that employment references for them and they endow with staff a generic reference - anyone get any idea what is put within this? how generic is it and what personal information can they give?Answers: If you shop near them and have a clubcard loads, they will know everything in the region of you including your inside leg measurement.
From my experience surrounded by HR, most employers will solely give the date of employment and position held. Occasionally, one might give gross rate, but this is less probable. They do this to limit their legalized liability. If they were to donate a poor reference, they might capture sued for slander. On the other hand, if they distribute a positive reference for some and generic insinuation for others, it could be assumed that any reference i.e. not positive is, by default, a refusal. Therefore, most HR departments (internal and outsourced) give one and only generic references as a standard practice.
Any one else have problems selling near Ebay?
I had a dvd box set up for auction on Ebay. Its not a boot leg and its not reproduced and the pic be fine. It was up to $80.00 contained by bids. Ebay canceled it when it only have a few hours left to step. They sent me an automated like beside possable reasons why it be canceled. When I asked for spacifics, they said they couldnt give me any for protection reasons but they though my lising looked (suspiciouse)? I told them it wasnt an fitting answer and I had the right to know, they wont email me fund. What dose that mean. I put it pay for up and its only at $60.00. Im really upset, if it dosent run for $80.00 like it did in the past, Im going to cancel the auction and flog it on Amazon.com. Ebay really made me upset and Im thinking about not doing buisness near them unless I have to.Any one else hold this problem?
Answers: This happends when people reports your register or something in your almanac description is not allowed anymore ...close to accepting cash.certainly I think ebay own to look deep into this department ,sometimes I construe some users report it because they want to avoid items competition...Some same items are openly selling while others are excluded...makes no sense...
Yes. Reasons individual: They risk being sued for bootlegged copies and hold cracked down on dvd and cd sales that don't look legit or come from seller that do not have greatly of previous sales. I've notice most dvd sales on Ebay come from established seller with stores.
Try reading the Ebay seller forum for tips on how to sell and what you want to show in your affix to stop it from being removed.

I on the odd occasion sell on near as most of what I owen is unsellable. I do have bumps within the road with buyers on point in time.
do you have alot of feedback? it's not easy to be trusted unless you have a clad amount of feedback. it only medium you know what's going on, and you've been around the "ebay block".
I quit selling on Ebay because their fees are too illustrious. They bought paypal and the prices for that are too high too. As a dealer there are fee's to place the flier, fee's when it sells and fee's to collect next to paypal. You can't sell small items on ebay anymore unless you supply in bulk because the fee's are difficult than the items value. I still buy other peoples stuff on ebay, but I don't get rid of anymore.
I agree with the guy that posted below me... Try craigslist.org.. it's free.
Try a fixed price on craigslist.org... It's free and is really picking up, approaching the new craze..

Suncoast Video and F.Y.E.?
Does anyone know if Suncoast Video and F.Y.E. are owned by the same company? I want to trade contained by some movies and they told me they only adopt movies from F.Y.E. chain stores. Does Suncoast count as one of those?Answers: Trans World Entertainment owns both Suncoast and FYE. Sncoast may count as an FYE store. However, they may be considered independent entitites.
