does anyone know the policy of the employee discount? i am a minor and cannot begin an old task force card, so that means i can single pay next to cash? my mom still pays for my clothes so i dont know what to do... (i know its embarassing but..)Answers: You can procure a Student Visa card ( a Visa check card for high college students - ask your bank) or you can have the GM or regional commissioner approve your mom paying for your purchases with your discount, as long as you are not getting reimbursed for those purchases. It's to prevent relations from coming up to you and saying "hey can you buy this for me near your discount?- I'll give you dosh, etc."

Most times, you receive a letter stating that the AR is missing or overdue and what action they intend to take.
If you fail to respond then they could charge you additonal fees, cancel your charter or any number of things.
an annual report doesnt have to be complicated or lengthy.
there any number of "canned" reports or services willing to create reports for you. they also charge a fee.
my guess is you have a small corp, need some standard wording and just need to get your act together.
look up a standard report, or copy one from one online.most reports are available either free or a small fee.
then fill it in with your pertinent data or information. and file.
