I work at Walmart (Automotive department). I've been sick beside the flu for two days now. I call off the first daylight without any problems. I woke up this morning at 5 AM inkling worse than ever and knew I still couldn't work and call again. I did everything I was supposed to do which be call the associate hotline to report the absense. When I be transferred to the store to tell a officer, I got the Co-Manager. I told him I be sick and out of the friggin blue, he says that I am gonna be considered an unexcused unreality and he made it clear he was putting it on my story! This pissed me off! I don't know why he did that. I did everything I be supposed to. It was lone my 2nd day within a row. Is there anyone who can update me why they would consider me unexcused when I did everything the right way? I really am sick here. Is this some stupid function to deny me the ability to use my sick hours (which I hold a lot of at this point)?
