Overtime wages contained by Alberta?

So the Alberta labour directive states that anything over 8 hours a day, and 44 hours per week is over time (yeah the 44 is kinda wierd)
See, I work 3 different job. I know usually, even if you work at 2 different places, but 12 hour days, you wouldn't get overtime salary since they are different companies...
HOWEVER, I work for the same company (Bentley) but at a different manacle store. Bentley OWNS Xcetera and Access so they are part of the Bentley group. I will work one employment from 9-3, and the other from 4-9. I'm wondering if I get overtime income after the 8 hours or not. One manager said yes I do because its the SAME company, the other said no because its a different store. Do you know which one is right?

What does the abbreviation FTSE stand for?

Answers: Financial Times Stock Exchange or footsie.
Lists prices of the top 100 companies quoted on the stock exchange.
it is a measure of how the UK stock market is doing.

other indices include
Dow Jones USA
CAC 40 France

the problem with an index is that it only contains a few companies, the FTSE 100 is the one usually quoted, with just a hundred companies which are quoted on the London stock exchange. There are thousands of companies operating in the UK, many foreign-owned and not on the London stock exchange.
Financial Times Stock Exchange

the index on the London stock exchange similar to the Dow here in the US
