Why is the number of private fixed companies is more than public predetermined companies?
difference between public limited companies beside public limited companies?Answers: "Why is the number of private controlled companies is more than public limited companies?"
Others own said what the difference is..
Why - If you wanted to start a company you would want it to be protected. A set company offers that - but as it is your company you want to benefit from the profit you produce (share holders take the profits) - you would not want to work for someone else - that i9s why you start within business yourself in the first place.
Private companies move about public when they need to put on a pedestal money for growth and they or their network cannot afford to find the change.
There are examples of very small PLC's - results international for example - nearby are also examples of very sizeable private companies - Laing O'Rourke for example.
The question is private or public - all right it all depends who raise the money and who takes the profits!

why wouldn;'t it be?
private ltd company owned by more than 1 being... each personality owning shares. Company signified as Ltd.
Public Limited Company has it's shares traded on the stock sign, company signified as PLC. These are MUCH bigger companies generally.
A "public predetermined company" is one anyone can buy shares in; contained by a private limited company you can't, unless you're invited. Although properly speaking that's the most obvious distinction, really it's the least possible important. Basically once you become a publicly owned company, your shareholders can relay you what to do. Before that, they just want money put a bet on on their investment, but have no enunciate whatsoever in how that happen.
Hope that helps.
Limited companies require smaller amount capital to set-up.
I can't find an address to write a complaint to AT&T?
I have a complaint next to AT&T that still hasnt been resolved after 7 mos of calling EVERY SINGLE month to fix. The problem is they've somehow attached a business long distance contract to my bill (someone else's, it clearly list a different phone number for the calls and the contract start date is past I even moved in to my house) and everytime I call for, I'm on hold for over an hour, have to explain the prob to the agent while he/she speaks to me approaching I'm stupid, asking q's like "are you sure you don't hold a business in your home?" and "Are you sure you did'nt brand name those calls?" To TEXAS, NY, and ALABAMA?? NO, i don't even know anyone contained by those states!!Anyways, sorry about the rant, but the point is that I like the rates for phone&internet, so I want to preserve my service, just want to grasp rid of this crazy bus contract thing.
Their site doesn't hold an address to write to, I'm sick of calling, if I email, they just telephone call me back, so i wrote a ltr but dont know where on earth to send it.
