Can I return items to walmart that weren't purchased near?

I got a PS3 for Xmas that I don't want. I know I could ebay or craigslist it, but if I can return it to the wal I can win a gift card for the cost of the part. I can either spend that or supply those--which sell for at least possible 90% face good point. IE-better than what the PS3s are selling for online.
any ideas?

Answers: probably not
COMMON SENSE-YOU DIDN"T BUY THAT ITEM FROM WALMART-SO IT IS UNLAWFUL TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU DIDN"T BOUGHT.THEREFORE, THAT IS CRIME!

It is better to put on the market that one! whatver way!
If it come from another wal-mart if maybe, even if it does not show contained by their system does not mean it didn't come from that picky wal-mart. If it was purchased at a different one or if you still own the box with the wal-mart sticker they can still find out which wal-mart it come from and the cost of it. If it is not a wal-mart purchase, no. Why would they give you money for something that didn't come from one of their stores?

What is the education qualifications for a CEO?

Answers: There are none.

The CEO hires people with good educational requirements.
CEO's almost always have at least a Bachelors degree in some field. However, there's a great deal of variance depending on the company, ownership and how that CEO came to the business.

Most CEO's that are hired from the Outside of large companies come with a great deal of business experience. Most have Masters degrees in either business, or something related to the business in question, such as a law degree, engineering degree, Architecture, Medical degree, Finance, Communications, journalism, etc. A MBA is not always required or desired. Some CEO's have professional certifications, such as Certified Purchasing Manager, or other industry certification requiring specialized courses and passing grades. Some need state certifications, such as Professional Engineer, which require extensive testing with a state agency.

All CEO's deal with budgets, insurance, liability, business trends, labor etc... BUT within a industry specific environment. Media is different from law, is different from engineering, is different from construction, is different from medical, is different from restaurants, is different from retail...

Any CEO worth their salt has a good grasp on the specifics of their particular industry.

Choose wisely.
There are absolutely no education requirements for a CEO. Many successful CEO's never went to college, some never graduated high school. CEO's are either recruited because of their reputation and past successes in turning around or growing companies, or they are the founders of the enterprise.

In many cases, an MBA is a negative for someone aspiring to senior management. MBA's are a dime a dozen, what major corporations really want is someone who can deliver performance.
