If the larger company have a much much higher capitalization later the share price for it may not be affected as much. the smaller company may be affect more.
but.

Say the big company, have a strong market position and is vastly stable. and they buy a smaller company that has serious problems (like asbestos litigation liability) after the larger company could get sack . a good xample be Federal Mogul. nice big company 3 Billion in panama. bought some small parts makers (auto brakes) surrounded by england..they had serous asbestos liability..terminated up bankrupting FMO and reorganizing lately to keep from crashing completely..

Answers: They have nearby own website there is no call for for them to use these type Email providers so it is a scam.
It's a scam. A legitimate company doesn't use Yahoo!, Gmail or Hotmail for their email address. Also, did you even apply to work for this company? I wouldn't hold anything to do with them.
